8 Amaro Sazerac

Ingredients

• 7.5 ml Amaro Meletti
• 7.5 ml Aperol
• 7.5 ml Amaro Lazzaroni
• 7.5 ml Amaro Ramazzotti
• 7.5 ml Campari
• 7.5 ml Amaro CioCiaro
• 7.5 ml Amaro Montenegro
• 7.5 ml Amaro Sibilla
• 4 dash Peychaud's Bitters
• 1 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. For the optional Chartreuse rinse, swirl a small splash of green Chartreuse around a chilled rocks glass, then discard the excess.
2. Combine Amaro Meletti, Aperol, Amaro Lazzaroni, Amaro Ramazzotti, Campari, Amaro CioCiaro, Amaro Montenegro, Amaro Sibilla, Peychaud's Bitters and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
3. Stir until cold and diluted.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Optional garnish: lemon peel.
