Absinthe Colada

Ingredients

• 30 ml Absinthe
• 15 ml Rhum agricole
• 22.5 ml Coconut Syrup
• 1 barspoon Crème de menthe
• 30 ml Pineapple Juice

Method

1. Add Absinthe, Rhum agricole, Coconut Syrup, Crème de menthe and Pineapple Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
4. Optional garnish: fresh Mint Leaves.
