A stirred cocktail featuring Absinthe, St-Germain, Peychauds Bitters.

Ingredients

45 ml Absinthe
15 ml St-Germain
4 dash Peychaud's Bitters
30 ml Simple Syrup

Method

Stir the absinthe, St-Germain, and syrup with ice until cold.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Dash the Peychaud’s bitters onto the surface; leave them on top.
