Ingredients

• 60 ml Sherry
• 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Sherry, Sweet Vermouth and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: orange zest and peel.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of an orange peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
