Affinity

Ingredients

• 30 ml Scotch Whisky
• 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 30 ml Dry Vermouth
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Scotch Whisky, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional garnish: cherry and lemon twist.
