After All Imperial

Ingredients

• 45 ml Apple Brandy
• 15 ml Peach liqueur
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 60 ml Champagne

Method

1. Add Apple Brandy, Peach liqueur, Lemon Juice and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Champagne last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: sprig Mint Leaves or rosemary.
