Alabazam

Ingredients

• 60 ml Cognac
• 15 ml Triple Sec
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 7.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 7.5 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Add Cognac, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
