Amalfi Frappe

A built cocktail featuring Limoncello, Lemon Juice, Strega.

Amalfi Frappe cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Limoncello
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Strega
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 dash Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with shaved ice.
  2. Add the limoncello, lemon juice, Strega, rich simple syrup and lemon bitters. Stir through the ice to chill.
  3. Mound more shaved ice on top. Optionally garnish with lemon and Mint Leaves.
