Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

• 60 ml Amaretto
• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 15 ml Egg White

Method

1. Add the amaretto, lemon juice, and optional egg white to a shaker, reserving the bitters.
2. If using egg white, shake without ice until foamy.
3. Add ice and shake until cold, then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Dot the measured bitters over the surface. Optional garnish: lemon slice and cocktail cherry.
