Amaro Highball

Ingredients

• 45 ml Amaro Montenegro
• 15 ml Mezcal
• 7.5 ml Cynar
• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Agave Syrup
• 60 ml Club soda

Method

1. Add Amaro Montenegro, Mezcal, Cynar, Lemon Juice and Agave Syrup to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: olive and dehydrated lemon.
