A shaken cocktail featuring Bourbon Whiskey, Aperol, Amaro Nonino.

Amen Corner cocktail

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
  • 30 ml Aperol
  • 22.5 ml Amaro Nonino
  • 4 piece Mint Leaves

Method

  1. Gently press the Mint Leaves in the shaker to release its aroma; leave the leaves largely intact.
  2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until cold.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  5. Optional garnish: brandied cherries.
