Apèro Spritz

Ingredients

• 15 ml Pisco
• 90 ml Prosecco
• 30 ml Aperol
• 7.5 ml Rose syrup
• 15 ml Lemon Juice

Method

1. Add Pisco, Aperol, Rose syrup and Lemon Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a wine glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Prosecco last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: red Currents or Lemon Wedge.
