Appetizer à l’Italienne

Ingredients

• 60 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 30 ml Fernet-Branca
• 1 barspoon Simple Syrup
• 1 barspoon Absinthe

Method

1. Combine Sweet Vermouth, Fernet-Branca, Simple Syrup and Absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4. Optional garnish: lemon and orange twists.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of lemon and orange peels over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
