Apricot and Coffee Highball
A built cocktail featuring Blended Scotch Whisky, Islay Scotch Whiskey, Coffee Liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Blended Scotch Whisky
- 0.5 oz Islay Scotch Whisky
- 0.25 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Apricot Liqueur
- 3.5 oz Tonic Water
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add both whiskies, the coffee liqueur and apricot liqueur. Stir to chill.
- Pour in the Tonic Water and give one gentle stir. Optionally garnish with grapefruit peel.
