Archangel

Ingredients

• 67.5 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Aperol
• 2 piece Cucumber

Method

1. Lightly crush the cucumber slices in the mixing glass before adding the liquids and ice.
2. Add the gin and Aperol to the muddled cucumber, then fill the mixing glass with ice.
3. Stir until cold and diluted.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Optional garnish: lemon peel.
