Artichoke Hold

Ingredients

• 22.5 ml Jamaican Rum
• 22.5 ml Cynar
• 15 ml St-Germain
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Orgeat

Method

1. Add Jamaican Rum, Cynar, St-Germain, Lime Juice and Orgeat to a shaker.
2. Shake briefly with a small handful of ice.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. Optional garnish: mint sprig.
