Ingredients

• 60 ml Mezcal
• 30 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Amaretto
• 1 Ginger Beer

Method

1. Add Mezcal, Lime Juice and Amaretto to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Ginger Beer last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: lime wedge.
