Autoretrato

Ingredients

• 30 ml Pisco
• 30 ml Amaretto
• 30 ml Passionfruit syrup
• 30 ml Agave Syrup
• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 30 ml Egg White

Method

1. Add the pisco, amaretto, passionfruit syrup, agave syrup, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker without ice.
2. Dry shake to foam the egg white, then add ice and shake again until cold.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
