Avenue Scotch

Ingredients

• 45 ml Scotch Whisky
• 30 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Passionfruit syrup
• 15 ml Ginger syrup

Method

1. Add Scotch Whisky, Lime Juice, Passionfruit syrup and Ginger syrup to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4. Optional garnish: thyme.
