Basil Julep
A built cocktail featuring Irish whiskey, Simple Syrup, Basil.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Irish Whiskey
- 7.5 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Basil
Method
- Gently press the measured basil with the syrup in a julep cup.
- Add crushed ice and the whiskey.
- Stir until the cup feels frosty, then mound more crushed ice on top.
- Optional garnish: basil.
