Bay Ridge

Ingredients

• 60 ml Rye Whiskey
• 15 ml Dry Vermouth
• 15 ml Bénédictine
• 7.5 ml Brandy
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Rye Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Bénédictine, Brandy, Angostura aromatic bitters and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: orange peel.
