Bee Sting

Ingredients

• 30 ml Honey liqueur
• 30 ml Islay Scotch Whisky
• 7.5 ml Fernet-Branca
• 1 ml Egg White
• 3 dash Peychaud's Bitters

Method

1. Add the honey liqueur, Islay whisky, Fernet, and egg white to a shaker, reserving the bitters.
2. Shake without ice until foamy, then add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Dot the Peychaud’s bitters over the foam.
