Ingredients

• 0.75 oz Bourbon Whiskey
• 0.75 oz Crème de cassis
• 0.5 oz Bigallet China China
• 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth

Method

1. Combine the Bourbon Whiskey, crème de cassis, China China and sweet vermouth blend in a mixing glass.
2. Express a lemon peel into the mixing glass and drop it in. Add ice and stir until cold.
3. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Optionally add a fresh lemon peel without expressing it over the drink.
