Benton’s Old-Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bacon Fat-Infused Bourbon
• 0.25 oz Maple syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Use the prepared infused spirit listed in the ingredients; measure it after any solids or fat have been filtered out.
2. Combine Bacon Fat-Infused bourbon, Maple syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
3. Stir until cold and diluted.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. Optional garnish: orange peel.
