Ingredients

• 45 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 22.5 ml Pedro Ximénez
• 15 ml Amaro Nonino
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice

Method

1. Chill a coupe. Add the Bourbon Whiskey, Pedro Ximénez, Amaro Nonino and lemon juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double strain into the coupe. Optionally garnish with orange peel and Mint Leaves.
