Betty Is Back
A stirred cocktail featuring Aperol, St-Germain, Lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 15 ml Aperol
- 1 barspoon St-Germain
- 1 barspoon Lemon Juice
- 105 ml Champagne
Method
- Combine Aperol, St-Germain and Lemon Juice in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until cold and diluted.
- Strain into a flute over fresh ice.
- Add Champagne last and stir gently to combine.
- Optional garnish: cocktail cherry.
