Beuser & Angus Special

Ingredients

• 52.5 ml Green Chartreuse
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 10 ml Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 Egg White
• 2.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 5 dash Orange Flower Water

Method

1. Shake the Chartreuse, lime juice, Maraschino Liqueur, egg white, and syrup without ice until foamy.
2. Add ice and shake again until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Add the orange flower water to the surface.
5. Optional garnish: a lime wedge.
