Bitter Giuseppe

Ingredients

• 60 ml Cynar
• 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 7.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 6 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Cynar, Sweet Vermouth, Lemon Juice and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: lemon peel.
