Blackthorn

Ingredients

• 60 ml Irish Whiskey
• 15 ml Dry Vermouth
• 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 1 dash Absinthe

Method

1. Combine Irish whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth, Angostura aromatic bitters and Absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: lemon twist.
