Bourbon Renewal

Ingredients

• 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Crème de cassis
• 15 ml Simple Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Add Bourbon Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Crème de cassis, Simple Syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: a lemon wedge, or if in season, fresh currants.
