Brown Derby

Ingredients

• 45 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 30 ml Grapefruit Juice
• 15 ml Honey Syrup
• 7.5 ml Lemon Juice

Method

1. Add Bourbon Whiskey, Grapefruit Juice, Honey Syrup and Lemon Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: grapefruit twist.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a grapefruit peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
