Bywater

Ingredients

• 52.5 ml Dark Rum
• 22.5 ml Amaro Averna
• 15 ml Green Chartreuse
• 7.5 ml Falernum
• 2 dash Peychaud's Bitters
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Dark Rum, Amaro Averna, Green Chartreuse, Falernum, Peychaud's Bitters and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: cherry.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of an orange peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
