Cafe Ireland

Ingredients

• 45 ml Irish Whiskey
• 15 ml Dry Vermouth
• 15 ml Coffee Liqueur

Method

1. Combine Irish whiskey, Dry Vermouth and Coffee Liqueur in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
