Cafe Racer

Ingredients

• 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 30 ml Coffee
• 15 ml Demerara Syrup
• 7.5 ml Crème de Cacao (Dark)

Method

1. Combine Bourbon Whiskey, Coffee, Demerara Syrup and Crème de Cacao (Dark) in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: orange peel.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of an orange peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
