Calypso

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Barbados Rum
• 0.75 oz Tawny Port
• 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Method

1. Add the Barbados rum, port, pineapple juice, lime juice, Italicus and simple syrup to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
