Campbeltown

Ingredients

• 60 ml Scotch Whisky
• 30 ml Cherry Heering
• 15 ml Green Chartreuse

Method

1. Combine Scotch Whisky, Cherry heering and Green Chartreuse in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a lemon peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
