Cane & Table’s Royal Hawaiian

Ingredients

• 45 ml Gin
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Orgeat
• 30 ml Pineapple Juice

Method

1. Add the gin, lemon juice, orgeat, and pineapple juice to a shaker.
2. Add a small handful of pebble ice and shake until most of it melts.
3. Pour everything into a rocks glass and fill with fresh pebble ice.
4. Optional garnish: Mint Leaves bouquet.
