Ce Soir

Ingredients

• 60 ml Cognac
• 22.5 ml Cynar
• 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 1 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Cognac, Cynar, Yellow Chartreuse, Angostura aromatic bitters and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a lemon peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
