Chauncey

Ingredients

• 22.5 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Cognac
• 22.5 ml Rye Whiskey
• 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Gin, Cognac, Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional garnish: lemon or orange twist.
