A stirred cocktail featuring Dry Vermouth, Bénédictine, Absinthe.

Chrysanthemum cocktail

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 30 ml Bénédictine
  • 3 dash Absinthe

Method

  1. Combine Dry Vermouth, Bénédictine and Absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until cold and diluted.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Optional garnish: orange twist.
