Coffee Enzoni

Ingredients

• 22.5 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Coffee Liqueur
• 22.5 ml Campari
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 8 Grapes
• 5 Saline solution

Method

1. Muddle the grapes in the shaker before adding the liquids and ice.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Optional garnish: three grapes on a cocktail pick.
