Coffee Julep
A stirred cocktail featuring Bourbon Whiskey, Coffee liqueur, Demerara Syrup.
Ingredients
- 75 ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 7.5 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 7.5 ml Demerara Syrup
- 1 piece Mint Leaves
Method
- Gently press the Mint Leaves with the demerara syrup in a julep cup.
- Add the Bourbon Whiskey and coffee liqueur, then fill with crushed ice.
- Stir until frosty and top with more crushed ice.
- Optional garnish: slap a fresh mint sprig once between your palms and place it beside the straw.
