Comte de Sureau

Ingredients

• 45 ml Gin
• 25 ml St-Germain
• 7.5 ml Campari

Method

1. Combine Gin, St-Germain and Campari in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: orange and lemon twists.
