Conference Cocktail

Ingredients

• 15 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 15 ml Brandy
• 15 ml Rye Whiskey
• 15 ml Apple Brandy
• 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 1 dash Mole Bitters

Method

1. Combine Bourbon Whiskey, Brandy, Rye Whiskey, Apple Brandy, Demerara Syrup, Angostura aromatic bitters and Mole Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: orange twist.
