Coronado Cocktail

Ingredients

• 45 ml Tequila Blanco
• 30 ml Aperol
• 7.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 22.5 ml Passionfruit syrup
• 60 ml Coconut water

Method

1. Add Tequila Blanco, Aperol, Lemon Juice, Passionfruit syrup and Coconut water to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.
4. Optional garnish: lemon wheel.
