Ingredients

• 45 ml Amaro Averna
• 30 ml White Rum
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 1 Ginger Beer

Method

1. Add Amaro Averna, White Rum, Lemon Juice and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
4. Add Ginger Beer last and stir gently to combine.
