Countermand

Ingredients

• 1.25 oz Vermouth Bianco
• 0.25 oz Gin
• 1 dash Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 dash Absinthe

Method

1. Place a large ice cube in a small rocks glass.
2. Add the vermouth blend, gin, Maraschino Liqueur and absinthe. Stir in the serving glass until chilled.
3. Optionally express a lemon peel over the drink and discard it.
