A shaken cocktail featuring Gin, Falernum, Lime cordial.

Creole Gimlet cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Falernum
  • 0.25 oz Lime cordial
  • 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters

Method

  1. Add the gin, falernum, lime cordial and Peychaud's bitters to a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake until cold.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
