Cynar Flip

Ingredients

• 60 ml Cynar
• 1 Egg
• 2 barspoon Simple Syrup

Method

1. Add Cynar, Egg and Simple Syrup to a shaker.
2. Shake without ice until foamy.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain into a chilled wine glass.
5. Optional garnish: dot aromatic bitters over the foam.
