Dead Sea Mule

Ingredients

• 60 ml Mezcal
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 30 ml Grenadine Syrup
• 150 ml Ginger Beer

Method

1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
2. Add Mezcal, Lime Juice, Grenadine Syrup.
3. Add Ginger Beer last and stir gently to combine.
4. Optional garnish: mint sprig and candied ginger.
